# Prepzo - The ATS That Hires For You

> Prepzo is an AI-native applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring platform for employers and recruiting agencies. Sourcing, AI resume screening and AI-conducted first-round interviews are built into the pipeline. Unlimited users on every plan; AI actions are paid with credits.

Prepzo is "the hiring operating system for modern teams". It replaces a separate ATS, sourcing tool, AI screening tool, interview tool and agency portal with one product. It is based in Berlin, Germany (Lobeckstraße 30, 10969 Berlin). Last updated: 2026-10-02.

## Modules (8)

1. **Candidate Sourcing** - The AI turns a job description into a LinkedIn-based search. Every candidate is scored 0-100 against the job. One-click enrichment of profile, email and phone (priced in credits). Candidate lists with webhooks.
2. **AI Screening** - Resume parsing (PDF, Word, images) and scoring on six dimensions: technical fit, experience quality, career trajectory, education fit, culture signals, role readiness. Every score is explained, with a recommendation (strong yes / yes / maybe / no).
3. **AI Interviews** - Automated first-round interviews, 24/7, in the browser. Resume-aware questions with follow-ups. Recording, transcript, AI analysis and scorecard. Proctoring signals: face presence, multiple faces, looking away.
4. **Pipeline Engine** - Custom stages on a drag-and-drop kanban board. Automations with 7 triggers (stage entered, stage exited, time in stage, score threshold, interview completed, application created, status changed) and 8 actions (send email, move stage, add tag, notify team, webhook, update status, schedule interview, send scheduling link).
5. **Career Pages** - Branded job boards at prepzo.ai/{company}; applications flow into the pipeline. Career page on your own domain on Pro and Enterprise.
6. **Analytics Hub** - Funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, team metrics.
7. **Team Workspace** - 8 roles (Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Interviewer, Coordinator, Agency Admin, Agency Recruiter, External Recruiter) and 4 permission scopes (all, assigned, own, department). Shared scorecards; calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
8. **Recruiting Agencies** - Agencies connect to employers with a partner code, are assigned jobs, submit candidates into client pipelines, and track placements and commission. Agency recruiters cannot delete records or mark candidates hired.

## Pricing (credit-based)

Unlimited users and unlimited active jobs on every plan. AI actions use credits; everything else does not. 14-day free trial on every plan (payment card required). There is no free plan.

Annual billing is about 2 months free. Growth adds sending from your own email domain and custom resume fields. Pro adds a career page on your own domain, a custom AI interview experience and priority support; the pricing page also lists white-label on Pro. Enterprise: SSO on request (custom setup), SLAs, custom credit volume. SSO is not available on Starter, Growth or Pro.

Credit packs (one-time): 500 for $12, 2,000 for $36, 5,000 for $75, 15,000 for $180.

## Security and Privacy

GDPR-aligned (Berlin-based; access, correction, deletion and portability requests; consent tracking; retention policies). Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access with 8 roles and 4 scopes. Audit trail of actions. AI assists hiring decisions; people make the final decision.
