Building the hiring OS we wished existed.
Prepzo started with a simple frustration: hiring is way harder than it should be. We're on a mission to give every team the infrastructure to hire well.
The problem we're solving
If you've ever hired someone, you know the pain. You post a job and get flooded with resumes. You spend hours screening candidates, only to find most don't meet basic requirements. You schedule interviews, candidates no-show, interviewers forget to leave feedback.
Enterprise tools exist, but they cost a fortune. Greenhouse charges $6,000+ per year. Ashby starts at $400/month. For startups and small teams, that's insane.
So we built something better. Prepzo uses AI to automate the tedious parts of hiring: parsing resumes, scoring candidates, even conducting first-round interviews. All at a price that makes sense for growing teams.
Where we are today
We're an early-stage company. We don't have hundreds of customers yet, and we're not going to pretend we do.
What we do have is a working product that solves real problems. AI that parses resumes accurately. A 6-dimensional scoring framework that reduces bias. Video interviews that candidates can take on their own schedule.
We're building in public, shipping fast, and learning from every user. If you're looking for a polished enterprise solution, we're probably not it yet. But if you want a team that will actually listen to your feedback and build what you need, we'd love to work with you.

We built this because we saw hiring broken at companies we worked with. The big tools are bloated and expensive. The cheap ones are stuck in 2010. We wanted something modern, AI-native, and designed as a true operating system for hiring.
