What are credits and how do they work?+

Credits power the AI features in Prepzo. Each AI action has a set credit cost: parsing a resume costs 2 credits, scoring a candidate costs 3, running an AI interview costs 20. Your plan includes monthly credits that reset each billing cycle. Everything else (posting jobs, managing pipelines, team collaboration) is free.

What features are included at no credit cost?+

On every plan: unlimited job postings, career page, job portal, unlimited team members, pipeline management, email templates, basic analytics, webhook integrations, CSV export, read-only API access, and agency partnerships. Credits are only used for AI actions.

Do unused credits roll over?+

Yes. Unused credits roll over to the next month up to your rollover cap. Starter rolls up to 3,000, Growth up to 12,000, and Pro up to 50,000.

What happens if I run out of credits?+

You can buy bulk credit packs anytime to top up. We notify you when you are running low. All free features keep working even with zero credits.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel with one click and you will not be charged again.

How does the agency platform work?+

Recruiting agencies connect with client organizations using a partner code. Once connected, agencies get assigned to jobs and submit candidates directly into the client's ATS.
