Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Agency Module?

The Agency Module lets recruiting agencies work directly with employer clients through Prepzo. Agencies connect via Partner Codes, get assigned to jobs, submit candidates into client pipelines, and track placements—all from one platform.

How do agencies connect with employers?

Each agency gets a unique Partner Code (e.g., AGY-7X4K2M). Employers enter this code in their Settings > Partners section to establish a partnership. Once connected, employers can assign the agency to specific jobs.

How do agency recruiters access client jobs?

Once assigned to a job, agency recruiters use the org-switcher to access the client's workspace. They can view job details, pipeline status, and submit candidates directly—while staying attributed to their agency.

What can agency recruiters do in client workspaces?

Agency recruiters can: view assigned jobs, add candidates, manage candidate profiles, schedule interviews, add notes and feedback. They cannot: delete anything, access unassigned jobs, change client settings, or mark candidates as hired (that's the client's decision).

How is candidate attribution tracked?

Every candidate submitted by an agency is automatically tagged with the agency and recruiter who submitted them. When a candidate is hired, it's recorded as a placement with full attribution.

How does placement tracking work?

When an employer marks a candidate as hired, Prepzo automatically records it as a placement for the submitting agency. Agencies see all placements in their dashboard with dates, roles, and clients.

What does the Agency Module cost?

The Agency Module is $20 per recruiter seat per month. Each recruiter who needs to access client workspaces and submit candidates needs a seat.

Can employers work with multiple agencies?

Yes. Employers can connect with any number of agencies and assign them to different jobs. They can track which agencies are submitting the best candidates and generating the most hires.
