What metrics does Prepzo track?
Prepzo tracks: applications received, pipeline conversion rates, time-to-hire, time-in-stage, source effectiveness, AI screening pass rates, interview completion rates, offer acceptance rates, and team activity metrics.
How is time-to-hire calculated?
Time-to-hire is measured from when a candidate applies to when they're marked as hired. You can also see breakdowns by stage to identify bottlenecks in your process.
Can I see which sources produce the best candidates?
Yes. The Sources report shows where your applications come from (career page, job boards, referrals, agencies) and tracks quality metrics like screening pass rate and hire rate per source.
Can I filter analytics by job, department, or time period?
Yes. All dashboards support filters for job, department, location, and date range. You can compare performance across different segments of your hiring.
How do I track my team's hiring activity?
The Team dashboard shows activity by team member: candidates reviewed, interviews conducted, offers made, and hires. Use it to understand workload distribution and identify top performers.
Can I export reports?
Yes. All reports can be exported to CSV for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders. Some reports also offer PDF export for presentations.
How often is analytics data updated?
Analytics data updates in real-time. As soon as a candidate moves through your pipeline or an action is taken, it's reflected in your dashboards.
Does analytics work with the Agency Module?
Yes. Agency-submitted candidates are tracked separately, so you can measure agency performance including submissions, interview rates, and placements per agency.
