What reports are available in Prepzo?
Prepzo offers: Pipeline Report (candidates by stage), Time-to-Hire Report, Source Effectiveness Report, Team Activity Report, and custom exports. All reports can be filtered by date range, job, and other criteria.
How do I export candidate data?
Go to your candidate list, apply any filters, and click 'Export'. Choose CSV for spreadsheet analysis or PDF for sharing. Exports include all visible columns plus additional fields you select.
Can I schedule recurring reports?
Yes. Set up scheduled exports in Settings > Reports. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly frequency. Reports are emailed to you and other stakeholders automatically.
What data is included in exports?
Exports include: candidate name, email, phone, current stage, AI score, application date, source, notes summary, interview dates, and any custom fields. You can customize which columns to include.
How do I create a report for executives?
Use the Pipeline Report or Time-to-Hire Report with PDF export. These include summary statistics and charts suitable for executive reviews. Filter to specific time periods for quarterly or monthly summaries.
Can I export interview transcripts?
Yes. From a candidate's profile, go to Interviews and click 'Export Transcript'. You'll get a PDF with the full AI interview transcript and AI analysis. Bulk export is available from the Interviews section.
Are exports GDPR compliant?
Yes. Exports respect data access permissions. Only users with appropriate roles can export candidate data. All exports are logged in the audit trail for compliance purposes.
Can I integrate reports with other tools?
Yes. Use the Prepzo API to pull report data into your BI tools, spreadsheets, or data warehouse. Webhook integrations can also trigger exports when certain events occur.
