Yes. Prepzo indexes the full text of parsed resumes. Search for specific skills, companies, certifications, or any keyword that appears in candidate resumes.

After applying filters, click 'Save Search' and give it a name. Saved searches appear in your sidebar for quick access. You can also set up alerts to be notified when new candidates match a saved search.

Tags are labels you create to categorize candidates (e.g., 'Strong culture fit', 'Referred by CEO', 'Relocating'). Add tags manually or via automations, then filter by tags to find specific groups.

Yes. The global search finds candidates across your entire database regardless of which job they applied to. You can then filter to specific jobs if needed.

Yes. After applying search and filters, click 'Export' to download matching candidates as CSV. Exports include all candidate data and the filters you used.
