  • Enter your agency name and choose your URL
  • You'll receive a unique Partner Code (e.g., AGY-7X4K2M)
  • Invite your team members with recruiter permissions
2

Share Your Partner Code

Give your Partner Code to employers who want to work with your agency.

  • Find your Partner Code in Settings > Agency Code
  • Send it to existing clients or include in proposals
  • Employers enter the code in their Settings > Partners section
3

Accept Client Partnerships

When an employer connects with your code, review and accept the partnership.

  • View incoming partnership requests in your Clients tab
  • Review client company details before accepting
  • Active partnerships appear in your client list
4

Get Assigned to Jobs

Clients assign your agency to specific job requisitions.

  • Receive notifications when assigned to new jobs
  • View job details, requirements, and pipeline structure
  • Assigned jobs appear in your Jobs dashboard
5

Assign Your Recruiters

As an agency admin, assign your team members to specific jobs.

  • Open a job assignment and click "Manage Recruiters"
  • Assigned recruiters gain access to the client's dashboard
  • Use the org-switcher to move between workspaces
6

Submit Candidates

Source candidates and submit them directly into the client's hiring pipeline.

  • Switch to the client's workspace using the org-switcher
  • Add candidates to assigned jobs
  • Your agency gets credit for all submitted candidates
7

Track Placements

When candidates you submitted get hired, it's recorded as a placement.
